The Tibet Fund wishes to congratulate you and your dedicated team on this special occasion of the 20th anniversary of the founding of Lha Charitable Trust. Lha is amongst a small number of Tibetan civil society organizations that has made notable contributions in the Tibetan community making a difference in the lives of thousands of vulnerable Tibetan refugees.

The Tibet Fund has always enjoyed our long partnership with Lha in supporting your initiatives, notably the Clean Water Project setting up water filtration systems to provide pure drinking water in remote Tibetan areas; Community Soup Kitchen initiative which provided low cost and free meals to Tibetan refugees; Tibetan story reading events promoting early childhood literacy; and most recently we were able to support the Computer Literacy Project. Over the years, the many initiatives Lha has undertaken for the betterment of Tibetans has both strengthened and developed the Tibetan refugee community in India.

We look forward to continue our partnership in the coming years to achieve our common goals to promote Tibetan cultural identity and provide humanitarian assistance to Tibetan refugees in exile.
