Dear Ngawang la:
Centenary College of Louisiana is honored to be associated with Lha Charitable Trust for 14 years and congratulate you on your 20th year anniversary. Few Tibetan civil society organizations have made such an impact as Lha: the Clean Water Project, the Community Soup Kitchen initiative, teaching computer literary, teaching English to Tibetan refugees and providing colleges and universities from the United States an opportunity to work with you in these endeavors.
Centenary College may well be a small college, but rest assured the Lha Charitable Trust has changed the lives of many of its students through its remarkable work with the Tibetan refugee community it India.
I look forward to many more years of association with you.
All the best,
David Otto, Ph.D.
