Final Bakery Course Batch Completed

We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the final batch of our Bakery Course. Nine students—six young women and three young men—have completed this comprehensive training program.

The course spanned three months and was structured to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise. Students underwent two months of intensive classroom instruction and hands-on training, followed by a one-month internship at established bakeries and related businesses. This immersive approach ensured participants gained real-world experience and industry insights.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all graduates and wish them every success in their future endeavors. Our sincere gratitude goes to Ms. Lhakpa Bhuti, whose dedication, patience, and unwavering commitment were instrumental to the program’s success.

This initiative is part of Lha’s ongoing livelihood development programs, generously funded by The Tibet Fund. These programs are designed to equip participants with marketable skills, practical experience, and industry exposure, thereby enhancing their employability and creating pathways to sustainable income generation.
