On this momentous occasion of 20th anniversary of the Lha Charitable
Trust, I, on behalf of Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile, would like to extend our hearty congratulations and profound appreciations for you unwavering community service since from 1997 onwards.

I am delighted to learn that Lha Charitable Trust has made great efforts to fulfill its objectives of providing meaningful, multi-leveled social and educational services to help ease the transition for the Tibetan refugees in India. I commend Lha Charitable Trust for your genuine determination in preserving and promoting Tibetan language and cultural heritage as well as creating awareness on Tibet’s issue for the people all around the globe.

I applaud everyone who has contributed to the effective functioning of the diligent works which made Lha Charitable Trust a successful running organisation in exile community.

Once again, congratulation to the entire staffs and I hope Lha Charitable Trust will continue to uphold its tradition of serving our own community and promoting our rich culture to people around the world.
