Second and Third Batch Special Cuisine Course Successfully Completed

We’re delighted to celebrate the completion of the second and third batches of our Special Cuisine course! Congratulations to all 14 students—11 boys and 3 girls—who have successfully completed this comprehensive training program. We wish you every success as you embark on your culinary journeys and apply the skills you’ve gained. A special thank you goes to our exceptional trainer, Mr. Penpa La, whose dedication and patience throughout the two-month course have been invaluable in shaping these aspiring chefs.

This course is part of our comprehensive livelihood training initiative, organized by Lha with support from The Tibet Fund. The program includes not only two months of intensive classroom and practical training but also a one-month internship opportunity, allowing students from any location to gain real-world experience in professional kitchen environments. This hands-on approach ensures our graduates are well-prepared to pursue meaningful careers in the culinary field and contribute to their communities through their newfound expertise.
